So I’m happy to report that the San Diego Comic Con screening of The Vinyl Frontier was a great success. We had a nice crowd and were joined by Bwana Spoons, Attaboy, Brian McCarty, Robert Silva, and Frank Kozik. Here are some photos from the panel.
I Look forward to seeing more people at the upcoming screenings in NY and Ottawa.

This link came from Huck Gee, and it’s a video explaining a little bit about vinyl toys and what they are. Crazy to see it on CNN. Let me know what you think.

From Jermaine Rogers:
Come see me…Bunches of rare stuff, some new stuff, finally - NEW mini-portfolios/prints, and live de-facing of an edition. If
you bring a sketchpad for me to draw in for you, or ask me to
doodle/deface something…as a gift offering…leave some art
pens/sharpie’s. ;)
Jeremy Brautman over at Neon Monster has created a fantastic map with a detailed layout of where the vinyl toy booths are going to be at SDCC so you won’t get lost in the fray.
Here’s a PDF as well as a hi res JPEG.
Thanks Jeremy!

Joey Potts’ addition to the Lake Monster series, SOLEM, will be popping up for sale in the Rotofugi booth (#4836) at SDCC. He joins Chris Ryniak’s Muscamoot, Brian Morris’ Lake Dredge, and the upcoming Mini Snybora by Chris as well.

SOLEM stands for “Single Optic Lake Effected Monster” and is based on painting done for the Toy Karma 2 Show at Rotofugi.
